Custom Wood Door Features

Starting with an 1-1/8" kiln dried hem fir
finger joint frame made up with 3-1/8" top
and bottom rails, 2-1/8" intermediate rails
and 6-1/2" end styles. The interior skin
is composed of 1/4" luan mahogany
plywood which can be finish painted
or stained and adds additional shear
strength to the door structure. The
exterior face is your choice of the highest
quality stain grade cedar, redwood or
mahogany timber available. We can
replicate any designs in paint grade with
premium Douglas Fir plywood, MEDEX
exterior composite board, or Dura-Temp
all purpose plywood.

Standard hardware consists of galva-
nized 12 gauge double end hinges and
single intermediate hinges, 12 gauge
track with (8) horizontal track mounts,
30000 cycle torsion springs, 20 gauge
anti-sag struts for overhead reinforce-
ment and 12 ball nylon rollers. Upgrade
package includes powder coated track,
hinges and struts with lifetime warranty
on spring cycles.

All surfaces must be finish coated with
exterior grade paint prior to or immediately
after installation. Factory priming is
available and recommended. Standard
warranty covers all mechanical parts
for 2-years. Cracking and splitting
of wood products are not covered
under warranty.
